    The amazing view from our Tongsai Seaview Pool Villa made every moment magical. The staff's personal touches, like remembering our names, created an lovely atmosphere of warmth and connection.

    All in all a very beautiful complex that stretches over a hill and is perfectly embedded in nature. Very friendly staff and super service. Room very spacious and comfortable.

    There are much more beautiful beaches on Samui (coarse grained and very steep). Altogether a classic resort, audience rather older. Air conditioning in the room directly above the bed and very loud.

    The outside area was beautifully designed. The pools and the beach were clean and one was always provided with cool water. The fruit and smoothie bar at breakfast was a highlight.

    It was not possible to leave the hotel complex without a taxi.

    It's gorgeous! The Cottage suite is very quiet, surrounded by the green trees and also can see the beach. Very warm feeling and close to the nature, you may heard the birds twittering outside the window every morning. The last day we moved to the Pool Villa, and it's awesome and marvelous! It has a private pool and sala, facing to the sea, very good view and so romantic!

    The only thing I want to mention is the sands of the beach are not good enough.

    Everything was perfect. The hotel was more than 5 star . The cottages is perfect for their privacy and view and also they are doublex.I wish i can stay there more than a 2 weeks. The staff was sooooo nice and perfect. You can relax on the balcony bath with the sounds of birds and view of ocean and just think that you are in heaven ..... Everything was perfect in tongsai bay ...

    Privacy, comfort, hospitality of the staff, quality of the food and beverages, the beauty of the location, the attention to detail by the management. The pools were stunning, the bay waters warm and safe. Peace and tranquility were the marks of this location.

    The cost of wine: but that is a general problem with Thailand.

    The service and hospitality were warming and immaculate. Hotel restaurant outlets were relatively cheap compared to other 5* hotels plus they provide delicious daily fruits and snacks for every room. Rooms are very comfortable, and I esp loved the balcony bathtub. Absolutely would return again!!

    Fantastic resort, staff and location. Had a beautiful room with own swimming pool, overlooking the ocean. Great menu and food in the restaurants. Well equipped gym.

    Fab - in one word! What a friendly and prompt staff. Every request was processed in a jiffy!! Also the setting is fantastic - in lush greenery overlooking the bay. The spa is superbly set amidst a tropical paradise. There is an overall old world charm. Food is superb too (despite us being vegetarians - we found enough to order). Overall highly recommended.

    The hotel needs a bit of sprucing up to get to top class standards.

    Nothing too much trouble, we enjoyed the place. It was a wonderful place, had very courteous stuff with Mark the manager. The location was marvellous in the very nice area. The restaurant here was small for dinner, we both ordered extraordinary dishes.
